人格在大学生负性生活事件和自杀意念间的中介作用

Impact of negative life events in university students’ suicidal ideation:Mediating role of personality

目的:探讨大学生人格在负性生活事件与自杀意念之间的中介效应。方法:采用青少年负性生活事件量表、自杀意念量表、艾森克人格问卷对8379名大学一年级学生进行调查,采用SPSS 23.0进行数据分析,并进行中介效应检验。结果:大学生自杀意念、自杀倾向(最近一周、最忧郁时)得分与负性生活事件应激量总分及各因子得分均正相关(r=0.096~0.301;P<0.01),大学生自杀意念、自杀倾向(最近一周、最忧郁时)得分与人格内外向得分负相关(r=-0.179~-0.114;P<0.01)。大学生自杀意念、自杀倾向(最近一周、最忧郁时)得分与人格神经质、精神质得分均正相关(r=0.191~0.408;P<0.01)。大学生人格神经质因子在人际压力负性生活事件和最近一周、最抑郁时自杀意念之间起部分中介作用。结论:负性生活事件人际压力不仅直接影响大学生的自杀意念强度,还可以通过情绪不稳定的部分中介作用影响大学生自杀意念的强度。

Objective:To explore the mediation effect of university students’ personality between negative life events and suicidal ideation.Methods:To investigate 8379 freshmen with Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List(ASLEC),Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation-Chinese Version(BSI-CV),and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire.SPSS23.0 was used to test the mediation effect.Results:The scores of university students’ suicidal ideation and suicidal tendency(in the latest week;when they were most depressed)were positively correlated with the total score of negative life event stress and each factor score(r=0.096~0.301;P<0.01).College students’ suicidal ideation and suicide tendency(in the latest week;when they were most depressed)were negatively correlated with the score of propensity(the most melancholic in the last week),was negatively correlated with the score of introversion and extroversion personalities(r=-0.179~-0.114;P<0.01).The scores of suicidal ideation and suicidal tendency(in the latest week;when they were most depressed)were positively correlated with the scores of neuroticism and psychoticism personalities(r=0.191~0.408;P<0.01).The personality neurotic factors of university students played a part of the mediation role between the negative life events of interpersonal stress and suicidal ideation during the most depressed period in the latest week.Conclusion:Negative life events of interpersonal stress not only directly affect the intensity of suicidal ideation of university students,but also can affect it through emotional instability.
