摘要
基于RS-485收发器在工控、通信和智能电网的广泛应用,系统对于通信的可靠性提出了较高的要求,支持热插拔的RS-485收发器成为首选。阐述RS-485收发器热插拔功能的设计与验证,通过对控制端电路的优化,控制电源上升和下降时驱动器的状态,从而避免热插拔过程中数据总线的冲突和异常扰动,提高系统的可靠性。
Based on the wide application of RS-485 transceiver in industrial control, communication and smart grid, the system puts forward higher requirements for the reliability of communication, and the RS-485 transceiver supporting hot plug has become the first choice. This paper expounds the design and verification of the hot plug function of RS-485 transceiver. Through the optimization of the control terminal circuit, the state of the driver when the power supply rises and falls is controlled, so as to avoid the conflict and abnormal disturbance of the data bus in the process of hot plug and improve the reliability of the system.
