摘要
阐述大数据在电子商务平台客户管理中的应用,建立品牌消费者数据资产库,以此为导向,精准辨别目标消费者,通过对客户管理工具的应用,拉近与目标消费者的距离,建立良好的沟通关系,从而提供个性化客户管理信息。探讨在流程化的精准客户管理模式下,提高销售率,为用户推送优质的、满足自身所需的商品。
This paper expounds the application of big data in the customer management of e-commerce platform, establishes the data asset database of brand consumers, takes this as the guidance, accurately identifies the target consumers, shortens the distance with the target consumers through the application of customer management tools, and establishes a good communication system, so as to provide personalized customer management information. It discusses how to improve the sales rate and push high-quality products that meet their needs for users under the process accurate customer management mode.
