化痰祛湿法治疗原发性高血压的Meta分析

Meta analysis of resolving phlegm and eliminating dampness in the treatment of essential hypertension

目的分析"化痰祛湿法"治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法计算机检索CNKI、CBM、万方数据及维普文献数据库,选择化痰祛湿法联合西药治疗原发性高血压和纯西药治疗的随机对照研究,采用NoteExpress软件进行文献筛选和管理,利用RevMan 5.3软件对纳入文献进行Meta分析。最终纳入22篇临床随机对照试验文献。结果采用化痰祛湿法联合西药治疗比单纯西药治疗原发性高血压疗效更佳[RR=0.80,95%CI(0.76,0.84),P <0.00001];其在降压效果(收缩压、舒张压)与单纯西药相比效果更好,收缩压:[MD=-8.88,95%CI=(-12.42,-5.34),P <0.00001],舒张压:[MD=-6.26,95%CI=(-8.02,-4.51),P <0.00001]。结论采用化痰祛湿法相比单纯西药治疗,其疗效更佳,能有效改善患者临床症状,并且能够控制患者血压,大大提高患者的生活质量,值得临床参考。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of resolving phlegm and eliminating dampness in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods By searching CNKI,CBM,Wanfang Data and VIP literature database,a randomized controlled study of resolving phlegm and eliminating dampness combined with western medicine in the treatment of essential hypertension and pure western medicine in the treatment of essential hypertension was selected.Noteexpress software was used for literature screening and management,and Revman 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis.Finally,22 clinical randomized controlled trials were included.Results The effect of resolving phlegm and eliminating dampness combined with western medicine in the treatment of essential hypertension is better than that of Western medicine alone[RR = 0.80,95% CI(0.76,0.84),P < 0.00001].It has better effect on lowering blood pressure(systolic and diastolic blood pressure) than western medicine alone,including systolic blood pressure: [MD =-8.88,95% CI =(-12.42,-5.34),P < 0.00001 ];diastolic blood pressure: [MD =-6.26,95% CI =(-8.02,-4.51),P < 0.00001].Conclusion Compared with simple western medicine treatment,the effect of resolving phlegm and eliminating dampness in the treatment of essential hypertension is better,it can effectively improve patients’ clinical symptoms,control patients’ blood pressure and greatly improve patients’ quality of life,it is worthy of clinical reference.
