The film The Eight Hundred shows a combination of cinematography and theatricality since it integrates pieces of classic singings of traditional theatre.As the most unique and effective part of the film,these operatic elements not only attribute to the artistic and aesthetic style of the film,but also play an important role in narrative.The coupling of contemporary film and traditional theatre not only emphasizes an expressionistic experience of"Yi Jing"in Chinese traditional opera,but also helps to accelerate the development of both movie and theatre,which is expected to be a remarkable film-making paradigm for films to form new forms,and to have a more profound aesthetic deposits.
