分段式环形耐压壳设计与分析

摘要 开展了分段式环形耐压壳的加强结构设计与分析。按照中国船级社耐压壳设计规范,采用数值分析的方法,设计了工作水深2633 m的分段式环形耐压壳,研究了椭圆截面长短轴之比对分段环壳极限承载能力的影响规律,分析了环肋厚度对分段环形耐压壳性能的影响规律。结果表明,椭圆截面长、短轴比值为1.113,分段环壳具有良好的抗压性能。环肋的宽度达到一定阈值后,分段环壳临界屈曲载荷趋于稳定且表现为柱壳失稳。经过加强设计后的分段环壳,具有良好的浮力储备,以及优良的抗压性能。 The reinforcement structure of the segmented toroidal pressure shell was designed and analyzed.According to the pressure shell design code of China Classification Society,the segmented toroidal pressure shell with a working depth of 2633 mm was designed by numerical analysis method.The influence law of the ratio of major and minor axes of the elliptical section on the ultimate bearing capacity of segmented toroidal pressure shell was studied.The influence law of ring rib thickness on the performance of segmented toroidal pressure shell was analyzed.The results indicate that the ratio of the major and minor axes of the elliptical section is 1.113,and the segmented toroidal pressure shell has good pressure resistance.When the width of the ring rib reaches a certain threshold value,the critical buckling load of the segmented toroidal pressure shell tends to be stable and shows the collapsed shape of the cylindrical shell.The segmented toroidal pressure shell with enhanced design has good buoyancy reserve and excellent compression resistance.
