摘要
以聚醚多元醇和多异氰酸酯作为原料,以玻璃微珠作为增强相,采用连续生产工艺制备聚氨酯/玻璃微珠复合材料,并分析聚氨酯/玻璃微珠复合材料的力学性能和导热性能。结果表明:3号样品具有较低的导热系数0.021 W/(m·K),在保温性能测试中,仅需35 min达到标准温度,表现较好的保温性能。3号样品的拉伸强度和压缩强度较好,分别为258 kPa和412 kPa,均满足相关标准规定。此外,3号样品的渗透性和吸水率分别为4.6 mm和2.81%,且在50次冻融试验下压缩强度仅下降4.21%,表现较好的低温耐久性。因此,制备的聚氨酯新型保温层材料可以有效用于预防岛状冻土。
Polyurethane/glass beads composites were prepared by continuous production process using polyether polyol and polyisocyanate as raw materials and glass beads as reinforcement phase.The mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of polyurethane/glass beads composites were analyzed.The results show that sample 3 has a low thermal conductivity of 0.021 W/(m·K).In the thermal insulation performance test,it takes only 35 min to reach the standard temperature,showing good thermal insulation performance.The tensile strength and compressive strength of sample 3 are better,which are 258 kPa and 412 kPa,respectively,meeting the relevant standards.In addition,the permeability and water absorption of sample 3 are 4.6 mm and 2.81%,respectively.And the compressive strength of sample 3 is decreased by only 4.21%under 50 freeze-thaw tests,showing good low-temperature durability.Therefore,the prepared polyurethane new insulation material can be effectively used to prevent island frozen soil.
