摘要
可扁平输油软管在承压作用下的蠕变行为可为其安全使用提供重要指导作用。通过搭建一套原位软管直径测量系统,在1.0、1.6和3.5 MPa固定承压强度下,分别测定可扁平输油软管在298~343 K范围内的蠕变曲线。采用时-温等效原理得到298 K的长周期蠕变主曲线,计算平移因子和表观活化能并建立其与温度之间的关系,为各温度下可扁平输油软管的承压蠕变提供评价途径,实现对输油软管长期使用的形变预测。
The creep behavior of flat oil hose under pressure can provide important guidance for its safe use.By setting up an in-site hose diameter measurement system,the creep curves of the flat oil hose in the range of 298~343 K were measured under the fixed compressive strength of 1.0,1.6 and 3.5 MPa.Based on the time-temperature equivalence principle,the long-period creep master curve at 298 K was obtained.The translation factor and apparent activation energy were calculated and the relationship between them and temperature was established.It provides an evaluation method for the pressure creep of the flat oil hose at various temperatures,and realizes the deformation prediction of the long-term use of the oil transport hose.
