摘要
以MQ硅树脂(MQ-SiR)作为协效剂,研究MQ-SiR对膨胀阻燃聚丙烯(PP/IFR)材料的协效作用。结果表明:MQ-SiR的加入量为5%,PP/IFR材料的氧指数为31.5%,1.6 mm样条通过V-0级。经过耐水性实验,PP/IFR/MQ-SiR(5%)仍然通过V-0级。PP/IFR/MQ-SiR(5%)在800℃的残炭率为12.1%,热释放速率(HRR)为179.2 kW/m^(2),总热释放量(THR)为3295.1 MJ/m^(2),材料的炭层最致密。这说明适量的MQ-SiR不仅可以提高材料的阻燃性能和耐水性能,还提高材料的热稳定性和成炭量。
MQ-SiR was used as a synergistic agent to study the synergistic effect of MQ-SiR on intumescent flame retardant polypropylene(PP/IFR)materials.The results show that the addition amount of MQ-SiR is 5%,the oxygen index of PP/IFR material is 31.5%,and the 1.6 mm spline passes the V-0 level.After the water resistance experiment,PP/IFR/MQ-SiR(5%)still passes the V-0 level.The residual carbon rate of PP/IFR/MQ-SiR(5%)at 800℃is 12.1%,the heat release rate(HRR)is 179.2 kW/m^(2),and the total heat release(THR)is 3295.1 MJ/m^(2).The carbon layer of PP/IFR/MQSiR(5%)is the densest.The appropriate amount of MQ-SiR can not only improve the flame retardancy and water resistance of the material,but also improve the thermal stability and carbon content of the material.
