摘要
以某玻纤增强PBT材料的信号控制器为研究对象,设计正交试验探究降低最大翘曲变形量和缩痕估算的工艺参数的优化方案。正交试验分析显示,工艺参数对最大翘曲变形的影响程度排序为:保压时间>模腔温度>料筒温度>保压压力,对缩痕估算的影响程度排序为:保压压力>料筒温度>模腔温度>保压时间。考虑影响显著性程度,得到最优工艺参数组合为A_(4)B_(4)C_(4)D_(4)。优化工艺相比初始工艺结果,最大翘曲变形降低36.4%,最大缩痕估算降低40.5%,满足要求。模拟分析及实际试模发现产品外观良好、尺寸公差满足要求,验证优化工艺的合理性。
Taking the signal controller of a glass fiber reinforced PBT material as the research object,an orthogonal test was designed to explore the optimization scheme of process parameters to reduce the maximum warpage deformation and shrink mark estimation.The orthogonal test analysis show that the influence degree of process parameters on the maximum warpage deformation is in the order of holding time>mold cavity temperature>barrel temperature>holding pressure,and the influence degree on the shrink mark estimation is in the order of holding pressure>barrel temperature>mold cavity temperature>holding time.The optimal combination of process parameters is A_(4)B_(4)C_(4)D_(4).Compared with the initial process results,the maximum warpage deformation is reduced by 36.4%,and the maximum shrink mark estimation is reduced by 40.5%,meeting the requirements.The simulation analysis and actual test show that the product has good appearance and dimensional tolerance meets the requirements,which verifies the rationality of the optimization process.
