化痰活血通络汤联合西药治疗冠心病痰瘀互阻证患者临床疗效及对炎性因子的影响

Clinical Effect of Huatan Huoxue Tongluo Decoction(化痰活血通络汤) Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Phlegm and Blood Stasis Obstruction Syndrome and Its Impact on Inflammatory Factors

目的观察化痰活血通络汤联合西药治疗冠心病痰瘀互阻证患者临床疗效及对炎性因子影响。方法选取2020年1月—2020年12月在医院心内科诊治的冠心病痰瘀互阻证患者72例,运用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各36例。对照组予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上予自拟化痰活血通络汤治疗。两组均治疗2个月后观察临床疗效,治疗前后分别检测血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平、血脂变化。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为86.11%(31/36),对照组总有效率为72.22%(26/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组血清TNF-α、IL-6水平治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组血清HDL-C均有所升高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论化痰活血通络汤可以降低冠心病患者血清中TNF-α、IL-6炎性因子水平,且其临床疗效明显、不良反应少,对临床治疗冠心病具有重要意义。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huatan Huoxue Tongluo Decoctionin(化痰活血通络汤) the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease with mutual obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis and its impact on inflammatory factors.Method Seven-two patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicineand the observation group was treated with self-made Huatan Huoxue Tongluo Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy was observedand the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 and blood lipid changes were detected before and after treatment.Result After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.11%(31/36),which was higher than 72.22%(26/36) of the control groupand the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups were compared before and after treatment and between groups after treatment.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the two groups were lower than those before treatmentand the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the groups after treatment(P>0.05).Serum HDL-C was increased after treatment in the two groups compared with that before treatment.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Huatan Huoxue Tongluo Decoction can reduce the serum levels of TNF-αand IL-6 inflammatory factors in patients with coronary heart diseaseand its clinical effect is obvious,with few adverse reactions.It is of great significance for the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease.
