中医治疗心肌桥的研究概况

General Situation of Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Myocardial Bridge

冠状动脉心肌桥是一种先天性的冠状动脉发育异常。心肌桥的临床症状多样,较轻者一般可无明显症状,多数就诊者以胸闷痛或心慌为主,若心肌桥被压迫严重时,甚致可出现心律失常、心肌梗死、猝死等。心肌桥的治疗目前无明确的指南,现代医学治疗心肌桥,鉴于药物治疗的局限性和外科及介入治疗的严格禁忌证,且无法根治心肌桥。根据其胸闷痛、心慌、气短等临床表现,中医将其归属于"胸痹",张仲景将其病机归纳为"阳微阴弦"。文章从中医学对心肌桥的治疗特点进行综述。

Coronary artery myocardial bridge is a congenital coronary artery dysplasia.The clinical symptoms of myocardial bridge are diverse.The milder patients generally have no obvious symptoms.Most patients who visit the doctor are mainly chest tightness or palpitation.If the myocardial bridge is severely compressed,arrhythmia,myocardial infarction,and sudden death may even occur.There are currently no clear guidelines for the treatment of myocardial bridge.Modern medicine treats myocardial bridge.In view of the limitations of medical treatment and strict contraindications of surgery and interventional therapy,it is impossible to cure myocardial bridge.According to its clinical manifestations such as chest tightness,palpitation,and shortness of breath,Chinese medicine classified it as "thoracic obstruction",and ZHANG Zhongjing summarized its pathogenesis as "yin yang micro strings".The characteristics of the treatment of myocardial bridge are reviewed in Chinese medicine.
