中医特色管理技术在颅脑外伤并发顽固性呃逆中的应用

Application of Characteristic Management Techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Stubborn Hiccups Complicated by Craniocerebral Trauma

目的调查研究中医特色管理技术在颅脑外伤并发顽固性呃逆中的应用。方法选择医院最近3年收治的颅脑外伤并发顽固性呃逆患者80例。分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组接受常规干预,观察组在对照组的基础上接受中医特色管理技术。通过对两组患者在接受不同干预方法后睡眠质量,护理前后生活质量,患者对管理过程及结果的满意程度及最终呃逆缓解与消失时间进行对比,以此证明中医特色管理技术的临床应用价值。结果观察组护理后睡眠质量评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理干两组生活质量水平都明显提高,观察组恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组呃逆症状缓解较快,最终消失所用时间较短,满意程度更高(P<0.05)。结论在颅脑外伤并发顽固性呃逆患者管理中,中医特色干预技术能有效的帮助患者恢复身体各项机能,同时在干预过程中根据患者呃逆作出针对性的干预措施,对患者身体各方面的分析准确的护理干预,加快康复。

Objective To investigate the application of characteristic management techniques of traditional Chinese medicine in craniocerebral trauma complicated with intractable hiccups.Methods 80 patients with craniocerebral trauma complicated with intractable hiccups admitted to our hospital in the past 3 years were selected as the experimental research objects.After comparative analysis,we divided the patients into observation group and control group,with 40 samples in each group.Patients in the control group received routine intervention,and patients in the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine characteristic management techniques on the basis of the control group.Finally,the two groups of patients were compared with the quality of sleep after receiving different intervention methods,the quality of life before and after care,the patient’s satisfaction with the management process and results,and the final relief and disappearance time of hiccups to prove the clinical application value of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic management techniques.Results The score of sleep quality in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P< 0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P< 0.05).In the observation group,the hiccup symptoms relieved faster,and finally disappeared in a shorter time,with a higher degree of satisfaction(P< 0.05).Conclusion In the management of patients with craniocerebral trauma complicated with intractable hiccups,the characteristic intervention technology of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively help the patients to restore various functions of the body.At the same time,targeted intervention measures will be made according to the patient’s hiccups during the intervention process,and at the same time,the patient’s body The analysis of all aspects accurately implements the intervention,speeds up the patient’s recovery.
