摘要
试验旨在研究仔猪代乳粉脂肪酸组成,采集来自7个地域,共13个品种的仔猪代乳粉,测定其粗脂肪含量与脂肪酸组成。结果显示,13个品种的仔猪代乳粉中干物质、粗脂肪和脂肪酸组成具有明显差异;各样品的干物质含量为91.81%~97.34%,粗脂肪含量为0.90%~11.97%;各样品的短链脂肪酸(SCFA)、中链脂肪酸(MCFA)、饱和脂肪酸(SFA)、单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)、多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)的含量均有明显差异,分别为0.06%~0.58%、9.12%~29.08%、43.03%~68.02%、29.43%~54.83%、0.52%~10.22%;各样品均含有ω-6 PUFA,且有明显差异,含量为0.52%~10.22%;仅有4种代乳粉含有ω-3 PUFA,范围在0~0.05%;ω-6/ω-3比值分别为68.00、62.43、31.60、48.40。研究表明,仔猪代乳粉中脂肪酸组成有明显差异,且与猪乳脂肪酸组成差别较大;与推荐值相比,代乳粉中MCFA、ω-3 PUFA含量偏低,ω-6/ω-3比值较高,仔猪有产生自发炎症的风险。
The experiment was to investigate the constitution of fatty acids of piglet milk replacers. The experiment collected 13 sorts of piglet milk replacers from seven different areas and detected the content of crude fat and the constitution of fatty acids. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the dry matter, crude fat and constitution of fatty acids among 13 sorts of piglet milk replacers. The range of dry matter and crude fat among piglet milk replacers was 91.81%~97.34% and 0.90%~11.97%, respectively. There was a significant difference in SCFA, MCFA,SFA, MUFA, PUFA among 13 sorts of piglet milk replacers, which was 0.06%~0.58%, 9.12%~29.08%, 43.03%~68.02%,29.43%~54.83%, 0.52%~10.22%, respectively. ω-6 PUFA existed in all the piglet milk replacers, the range was from0.52% to 10.22%, and the difference was significant. Only four kinds of piglet milk replacers were with ω-3 PUFA, the range was from 0 to 0.05%. The ratio of ω-6/ω-3 of the four sorts of piglet milk replacers was about 68.00, 62.43, 31.60,48.40, respectively. The experiment indicates that there is a significant difference among piglet milk replacers, and constitution of fatty acids of piglet milk replacers is obviously different compared with pig milk. Compared with recommended level, there is a lower level of MCFA and ω-3 PUFA and a higher level of the ratio of ω-6/ω-3. There is a risk of spontaneous inflammation in piglets.
