葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)是一种无毒害作用的需氧脱氢酶,具有高度特异性及高效率等特点。GOD具有抑制有害微生物生长繁殖、改善动物肠道健康、提高动物生产性能的作用。文章综述葡萄糖氧化酶的生物学功能及其对动物生产性能的影响,旨在为葡萄糖氧化酶在动物生产中的应用提供参考。

Glucose oxidase(GOD) is a kind of non-toxic aerobic dehydrogenase with high specificity and high efficiency. GOD has the effect of inhibiting the growth and reproduction of harmful microorganisms, improving animal intestinal health and animal production performance. The paper reviews the biological functions of glucose oxidase and its effect on animal production performance, to provide reference for application of glucose oxidase in animal production.
