摘要
为防止回采初期坚硬顶板诱发的动力灾害,以米山煤矿15112综采面顶板赋存K2石灰岩坚硬顶板为工程背景,提出采用坚硬顶板水力致裂技术控制顶板岩层,介绍了坚硬顶板水力致裂技术基本原理,设计坚硬顶板水力致裂技术与参数。现场应用后,定向钻孔水力致裂效果明显,工作面来压步距和强度明显降低,表明了坚硬顶板下综采面回采初期水力致裂控制技术的优越性和合理性。
In order to prevent the dynamic disaster caused by the hard roof in the early stage of mining,taking the hard roof of K2 limestone in the 15112 fully mechanized mining face of Mishan Coal Mine as the engineering background,the hydraulic fracturing technology of hard roof is proposed to control the roof strata.The basic principle of hydraulic fracturing technology of hard roof is introduced,and the hydraulic fracturing technology and parameters of hard roof are designed.After field application,the hydraulic fracturing effect of directional drilling is obvious,the pressure step distance and strength of the working face are obviously reduced,which shows the superiority and rationality of hydraulic fracturing control technology in the initial stage of fully mechanized mining face under hard roof.
