摘要
以塔山煤矿8305综采工作面为例,提出了切顶卸压沿空留巷技术。从超前预裂切缝、巷道补强支护、采空帮挡矸支护和滞后临时支护四个方面制定了采空区帮控制技术方案,并进行了工业性试验。巷道观测结果表明,切顶卸压沿空留巷采空帮变形量控制在265 mm以内,有效控制巷道围岩变形量,满足安全生产要求。
Taking the 8305 fully mechanized mining face of Tashan Coal Mine as an example,the technology of roof cutting and pressure relief and retaining roadway along goaf is put forward.The technical scheme of goaf slope control is formulated from four aspects:advance pre-splitting slit,roadway reinforcement support,goaf gangue retaining support and lagging temporary support,and industrial tests are carried out.The observation results of the roadway show that the deformation of the goaf side of the goaf along the goaf is controlled within 265 mm,which effectively controls the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway and meets the requirements of safe production.
