超前应力区煤柱片帮机理及控制技术

摘要 白洞矿8111工作面在回采过程中,受工作面断层以及集中应力等影响,位于回风顺槽超前工作面20 m范围内煤体出现严重片帮现象,分别从围岩稳定性、集中应力、支护技术等方面分析了煤体片帮机理,提出了“注浆+水力膨胀锚杆”联合支护技术,有效控制了煤体片帮,取得了较好成效。 During the mining process of the 8111 working face in Baidong Coal Mine,due to the influence of fault and concentrated stress in the working face,serious sheet slope phenomenon occurred in the coal body within 20 m of the leading working face of the return air trough.The mechanism of coal slope is analyzed from the aspects of surrounding rock stability,concentrated stress and support technology,and the combined support technology of "grouting + hydraulic expansion bolt" is put forward,which effectively controls the coal slope and achieves good results.
