摘要 为有效预测色连煤矿8109工作面采空区自燃状况,指导煤矿采取针对性防灭火措施,需确定煤自然发火标志性气体。通过对煤样进行程序升温试验方法,研究煤的低温氧化特性并对煤自燃预测指标进行了优选。结果表明:煤低温氧化过程中活性较大,常温下就可以生成CO,干裂温度在100~110℃之间。使用格雷哈姆系数R_(2)、R_(3)区分化学吸附阶段(30~80℃)和自热氧化阶段(80~110℃),C_(2)H_(4)的出现标志着煤进入热解加速氧化阶段(110~200℃)。 In order to effectively predict the spontaneous combustion status of goaf in the 8109 working face of Selian Coal Mine and guide the coal mine to take targeted fire prevention and fire extinguishing measures,it is necessary to determine the landmark gas of coal spontaneous combustion.Through the temperature programmed test method of coal samples,the low temperature oxidation characteristics of coal were studied and the prediction indexes of coal spontaneous combustion were optimized.The results show that the activity of coal is high in the process of low temperature oxidation,CO can be formed at room temperature,and the dry cracking temperature is between 100℃and 110℃.The Graham coefficients R_(2) and R_(3) are used to distinguish the chemisorption stage(30-80℃)and the autothermal oxidation stage(80-110℃).The appearance of C_(2)H_(4) indicates that the coal enters the pyrolysis accelerated oxidation stage(110-200℃).
