摘要 燕子山矿4^(#)煤层8204工作面在初采期间老顶为粗、中、粉粒砂岩,岩体节理裂隙率低、稳定性好,导致老顶初次折断距离过大,老顶的集中垮落易造成矿压显现、瓦斯异常涌出等危害,设计应用了CO_(2)预裂爆破技术。应用效果表明该技术能够有效控制工作面初次放顶距离,避免了初采期间老顶集中垮落造成矿压显现、瓦斯异常涌出等难题,并且该技术不产生超标的毒害气体,安全环保。 The main roof of 8204 working face of Yanzishan 4^(#)coal seam is coarse,medium and siltstone during the initial mining.The rock mass has low joint fissure rate and good stability,resulting in too large initial breaking distance of the main roof.The concentrated collapse of the main roof is easy to cause hazards such as ground pressure appearance and abnormal gas emission.CO_(2)presplitting blasting technology is designed and applied.The application results show that the technology can effectively control the initial caving distance of the working face,avoid the problems of mine pressure appearance and abnormal gas emission caused by the concentrated collapse of the main roof during the initial mining,and the technology does not produce toxic gas exceeding the standard,which is safe and environment-friendly.
