摘要
为降低综采工作面截割部产生的煤尘浓度,沈阳煤业集团红阳三矿通过正交试验对自吸式实心喷雾器进行参数优化,并进行工业性验证。从现场测定数值来看,全尘降尘率达到92.67%,呼吸性粉尘降尘率达到87.21%,降尘效果明显,能够有效降低瓦斯、煤尘爆炸的风险,改善工作面的工作环境。
In order to reduce the coal dust concentration produced by the cutting part of the fully mechanized mining face,the parameters of the self-priming solid sprayer were optimized by orthogonal test and industrial verification was carried out in Hongyang No.3 Coal Mine of Shenyang Coal Industry Group.From the values measured in the field,the dust reduction rate of total dust is 92.67%,and the dust reduction rate of respirable dust is 87.21%.The dust reduction effect is obvious,which can effectively reduce the risk of gas and coal dust explosion and improve the working environment of the working face.
