摘要 宏远煤业井下矿压显现强烈,双扇无压平衡风门变形破坏严重,风门的管理和维修困难。在对宏远煤业风门存在问题分析的基础上,设计了一种新型抗压平衡式风门,门框两侧两扇重叠的钢墙面设计可实现卸压功能。实践应用效果表明:该新型抗压平衡式风门在矿压显现强烈条件下,变形率仍然较小,能正常使用,风门漏风率始终保持在3%以下。 The underground mine pressure of Hongyuan Coal Industry is strong,the deformation and damage of the double non-pressure balance air door is serious,and the management and maintenance of the air door is difficult.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in Hongyuan Coal Industry air door,a new type of anti-pressure balanced air door is designed,and the pressure relief function can be realized by the design of two overlapping steel walls on both sides of the door frame.The effect of practical application shows that under the condition of strong mine pressure,the deformation rate of the new pressure balanced throttle is still small and can be used normally,and the air leakage rate of the throttle is always kept below 3%.
