摘要
红三沟煤矿在矿井技术改造时,为简化辅助运输系统,将绞车提升全部改为单轨吊机车运输,副斜井作为25°大倾角,改造后能否安全运行是该系统改造的关键。通过对副斜井大倾角条件下单轨吊机车设备选型进行论证,采取安装防偏摆窜动、特殊条件下起吊以及大倾角防超速防打滑等措施后,实现安全运行。
During the technical transformation of hongsangou Coal Mine,in order to simplify the auxiliary transportation system,the winch lifting is changed to monorail crane locomotive transportation.The auxiliary inclined shaft is used as a 25 ° large inclination angle.Whether the system can operate safely after the transformation is the key to the transformation of the system.Through the demonstration of the equipment selection of monorail crane locomotive under the condition of large inclination of auxiliary inclined shaft,the safe operation can be realized after taking measures such as installation anti deflection,swing and movement,lifting under special conditions and large inclination anti overspeed and sliding.
