摘要
为解决洗煤厂电气控制系统多,新老系统联合使用操作复杂,系统维护困难,给生产环节造成安全生产隐患问题,义桥煤矿洗煤厂在充分研究原煤筛分车间电气控制系统特点的基础上,对动筛车间的两个电气控制系统进行了高度融合应用,完成后实现原煤系统与主洗系统在同一操作画面下自由切换控制,互不干扰,经单机、联机试运转运行安全可靠,操作更为方便。
In order to solve the problem that there are many electrical control systems in the coal preparation plant,the operation of the new and old systems is complex,and the maintenance of the system is difficult,which causes hidden dangers in production,on the basis of fully studying the characteristics of the electrical control system in the raw coal screening workshop,Yiqiao Coal Preparation Plant has carried out a highly integrated application of the two electrical control systems in the moving screen workshop.After completion,the raw coal system and the main washing system can be switched and controlled freely under the same operation screen without mutual interference.After single machine and on-line test run,the operation is safe and reliable,and the operation is more convenient.
