摘要
通过文献资料法、访谈法与逻辑分析法等,厘清我国高校阳光体育运动的现实困境与发展机遇。研究认为:阳光体育运动是推进"体教融合"发展战略的重要举措,是促进"三全育人"工作格局形成的重要抓手,是构建"教会、勤练、常赛"育人模式的重要途径;存在着竞赛形式僵化、组织管理缺位、制度保障乏力、督导评价缺失、"课程化"设计滞后等现实困境;以"第二课堂成绩单制度"为切入点,借鉴其结构模型,构建"四位一体"的学校阳光体育运动治理体系,包括项目内容体系、运行保障体系、信息管理体系、督导评价体系以及制定一份体育第二课堂成绩单,优化阳光体育运动的发展路径,提高学校体育治理体系与治理能力现代化水平。
Through the methods of literature, interviews and logical analysis to clarify the realistic dilemma and development opportunity of Sunshine Sports at colleges in China. The study suggests that the Sunlight Sports is the important measures to promote the development of "integration of physical education and cultural education", is a important form of the "three-wide education" work pattern, is to promote "churches, practice, often" education pattern formation of important way. However, it also faces some dilemmas such as rigid competition form, absence of organization and management, lack of system guarantee, lack of supervision and evaluation, and lagging of "curricular" treatment. The development countermeasure can be adopted as follows: Taking "the second classroom transcript system" as the breakthrough point, based on the structural model to build "four-in-one" the school sunshine sports development system, including sunshine sports project system, work together to run system,information management system, the supervision evaluation system, and the second classroom to have a sports report card, and optimizing the development path of sunshine sports, as well as improving the modernization level for governance system and management ability of school physical education.
