摘要
以800℃煅烧活化后的铝土矿尾矿与粉煤灰共同替代20%的水泥,研究不同水胶比、不同尾矿掺量对砂浆力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着尾矿掺量的增加,水胶比的降低,砂浆的抗压强度和抗折强度呈增大的趋势,尾矿完全替代粉煤灰且水胶比为0.47时,砂浆拥有最优配比。水胶比固定为0.47时,尾矿完全替代粉煤灰的砂浆28d抗压强度和抗折强度分别达到最大的48.97MPa和7.9MPa,较未掺尾矿分别提升了23.28%和11.27%。表明活性铝土矿尾矿能够提高砂浆的力学性能。
The activated bauxite tailings calcined at 800℃and fly ash were used to replace 20%of cement,and the effects of different water-glue ratio and different tailings content on the mechanical properties of mortar were studied.The results show that with the increase of the tailings content and the decrease of the water glue ratio,the compressive strength and flexural strength of the mortar are increasing.When the tailings completely replace fly ash and the water glue ratio is 0.47,the mortar has the optimal ratio.When the water glue ratio was fixed to 0.47,the 28 d compressive strength and flexural strength of the mortar completely replacing the fly ash reached the maximum 48.97 MPa and 7.9 MPa,respectively,up by 23.28%and 11.27%compared with the unmixed tailings,respectively.It shows that the activated bauxite tailings can improve the mechanical properties of the mortar.
