城市楼宇建筑施工组织设计编制方法

Preparation Method of the Organization and Design of Urban Building Construction

文中提出城市楼宇建筑施工组织设计编制方法这一课题。首先进行施工组织的组织机构优化,然后优化建筑施工组织设计编制内容,最后设计施工的资源调整方案,在此基础上进行城市楼宇建筑施工进度规划设计,将施工平面布置的合理性作为切入点实现建筑施工进度的推进,最后将该建筑施工组织设计编制方法应用到实例中,发现该方法的工期推断误差较小。

This paper puts forward the urban building construction organization design and preparation method.First,the construction organization optimization,and then optimize the construction organization design content,finally the design and construction resource adjustment scheme,on this basis for the planning of urban building construction schedule design,the rationality of the construction layout as the entry point to realize the construction progress,finally the construction organization design method is applied to the example,found that the construction period inference error of the method is small.
