水利清淤工程底泥及余水处理一体化设计 被引量:2

摘要 为验证水利清淤工程底泥及余水处理一体化设计的应用效果,以某水库为例,对清淤底泥及余水处理的效果进行分析。该水库清淤项目拟通过前端添加絮凝剂、助滤剂等对泥浆调理后,经板框压滤机完成淤泥脱水,实现泥饼含水率≤45%,同时维持余水的pH值在6~9之间;产生的余水在添加多功能高分子絮凝剂后,经高速絮凝反应沉淀去除总磷(TP)和大部分悬浮物(SS),之后再通过脱氮分子筛矿物吸附过滤,进一步去除氨氮(NH_(4)-N)和SS,处理后最终要求TP≤0.2mg/L、NH_(4)-N≤1.0mg/L、pH6~9、SS≤30mg/L。结果表明,一体化处理系统可使泥饼和余水均达到验收要求,余水处理系统总计可分别减少TP、NH_(4)-N、SS排放量高达0.99t、6.10t、70.4t,该系统对于水库清淤工程具有一定的推广应用价值。 In order to verify the application effect of the integrated design of sediment and residual water treatment in water conservancy desilting project,this paper took a reservoir as an example to analyze the effect of the desilting and residual water treatment.The desilting project of the reservoir aimed to dehydrate the mud by adding flocculants and filter aids at the front end and then by plate-frame filter press to achieve the water content of the mud cakes≤45%,while keeping the pH of the remaining water between 6~9.The total phosphorus(TP)and most of the suspended substance(SS)were removed by high-speed flocculating reaction precipitation after adding multifunctional polymer flocculants,thenthe ammonia nitrogen(NH_(4)-N)and SS were further removed by adsorption and filtration of the denitrifying zeolite minerals,and TP≤0.2 mg/L,NH_(4)-N≤1.0 mg/L,pH6~9 and SS≤30 mg/L were required after treatment.The results showed that the sludge cake and residual water could meet the acceptance requirements,and the total discharge of TP,NH_(4)-N and SS could be reduced by 0.99t,6.10t and 70.4t,respectively.The system had certain popularization and application value for the reservoir desilting engineering.
