Exploration on the Whole Process Control System of Affordable Housing Project

文中探索了广西保障性住房项目全过程咨询管控体系,并从规划评价、建筑设计、套型评价、设施评价、综合性能和施工管理六个方面对保障性住房建设进行评价,以期为项目管理提供评价参考。

This paper explores the whole process consultation and management system of affordable housing projects in Guangxi,and evaluates the construction of affordable housing from six aspects of planning evaluation,architectural design,type evaluation,facility evaluation,comprehensive performance and construction management,so as to provide evaluation reference for project management.
