青年脑卒中患者生命意义感现状及影响因素

The status quo and influencing factors of meaning in life in young stroke patients

目的了解青年脑卒中患者生命意义感现状及影响因素,为制定相关干预措施奠定基础,以促进患者身心康复。方法采用便利抽样法,用一般资料调查表、脑卒中患者自我康复效能量表、中文版生命意义感量表对179例青年脑卒中患者进行横断面调查。采用多重线性逐步回归分析患者生命意义感的影响因素。结果青年脑卒中患者生命意义感量表总分为(38.88±10.528)分。多重线性回归分析显示,青年脑卒中患者自我康复效能水平、受教育程度、性格类型及是否有配偶是影响其生命意义感的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论青年脑卒中患者的生命意义感为中等水平,自我康复效能较高、受教育程度较高、拥有外向型性格以及拥有配偶能够提升患者的生命意义感水平,医护人员可通过提供疾病康复支持、鼓励家属给予患者沟通、情感支持等相关措施来促进患者对自身存在价值的感知与追求。

Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of meaning in life in young stroke patients, so as to provide basis for the development of targeted intervention measures and promote the rehabilitation of patients. Methods Using convenience sampling method, 179 young stroke patients were investigated with general information questionnaire, Stroke Self-efficacy Questionnaire and Chinese version of Meaning in life Questionnaire. Multiple linear stepwise regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of patients′ meaning in life. Results The total score of the Meaning in life Questionnaire was 38.88±10.53. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the level of self-efficacy, education level, personality type and whether there was a spouse were the main factors affecting the level of meaning in life of young stroke patients(P<0.05). Conclusion The meaning in life of young stroke patients is at a medium level. Medical staff can promote the perception and pursuit of their own value by providing disease rehabilitation support, encouraging family members to communicate with patients, emotional support and other related measures.
