原发性肝癌肉瘤影像表现分析(附6例报道)

摘要 病例资料回顾分析2014年9月~2020年9月期间于湖北医药学院附属太和医院经病理确诊的原发肝癌肉瘤患者6例,男4例,女2例。中位年龄为58.5岁(52~68岁)。临床表现和实验室检查见表1。影像检查:4例行CT检查,1例行MRI检查,1例同时行CT和MRI(表2)。病灶位于肝左叶2例,肝右叶4例。
