摘要
真核生物细胞DNA绝大部分都包含在长链线性染色体中,此外,环状DNA分子同样广泛存在,例如线粒体DNA和染色体外环状DNA(eccDNA)。近年来,越来越多的功能实验和临床研究表明eccDNA与肿瘤的发生、发展及耐药性有关。本文综述了eccDNA的生物学特性及其在肿瘤耐药中作用机制的最新进展和未来研究方向。
The majority of the DNAs are contained in long linear chromosomes of eukaryotic cells, and circular DNA molecules such as mitochondrial DNA and extrachromosomal circular DNA (eccDNA), also exist widely. Recently, an increasing number of functional and clinical studies have shown that eccDNA is related to the tumorigenesis and progression of tumors, and the development of drug resistance. Therefore, this article mainly reviewed the biological characteristics of eccDNA and its mechanism in tumor drug resistance, as well as its future research prospect.
