摘要
高压直流(HVDC)输电控制保护系统在出厂前需要进行完整的厂内系统试验(FST)和功能性能试验(FPT),来验证控制保护系统的逻辑。厂内试验中,一般采用实时数字模拟器(RTDS)模拟现场一次系统设备,但是控制保护设备和RTDS之间的接口与现场并不完全一致,导致部分功能不能得到有效验证。目前,HVDC输电控制保护系统的接口基本实现了标准化,此处将提出通过采用标准接口装置来模拟现场的阀控单元(VCU)和合并单元(MU),保证控制保护系统的硬件在厂内试验中与现场保持一致,保护软件与现场保持一致,控制软件的接口逻辑与现场保持一致。
The control and protection system of high-voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission need to verify its logic and function in the factory system test(FST)and function performance test(FPT).In the factory test,realtime digital simulator(RTDS)is used to simulate the primary system.However,the interface of the RTDS is not in accordance with the on-site device completely.As a result,some function cannot be verified effectively.At present,the interface of the HVDC control and protection system is basically standardized.The standard interface device is proposed to simulate the valve control unit(VCU)and the merging unit(MU).The hardware of the control and protection system in the factory test is consistent with the site.The software of the protection device and the interface logic of the control device in the factory test are the same as those on-site software.
