摘要
目的:了解大学新生对常见传染病的自我防控水平现状,分析其影响因素,为高校开展常见传染病知识教育提供指导。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,选取河北省高校960名大学新生,使用自制新生传染病自我防控意识评估量表进行横断面调查。结果:大学新生自我防控水平得分为(12.32±2.338)分。线性回归分析结果显示,生活所在地、母亲受教育程度、对传染病了解程度等(P<0.05)是影响大学新生自我防控水平的主要因素。结论:大学新生常见传染病自我防控水平受多方面因素影响,有待提高。学校及有关部门应基于健康教育,提升大学新生传染病的自我防控水平。
Objective:To understand the status quo of freshmen’s self prevention and control of common infectious diseases,analyze the influencing factors,and provide guidance for carrying out knowledge education of common infectious diseases in colleges and universities.Methods:960 freshmen in Hebei Province were selected by convenient sampling,and a cross-sectional survey was conducted by using the self-made self-control awareness assessment scale of freshmen infectious diseases.Results:The score of freshmen’s self-control level was(12.32 ± 2.338).The results of linear regression analysis show that living place,education level of mothers,understanding of infectious diseases and so on(P<0.05) were the main factors affecting freshmen’s self-control level.Conclusion:The self-control level of common infectious diseases of freshmen is affected by many factors and needs to be improved.Schools and relevant departments should improve the self-control level of infectious diseases among freshmen based on health education.
