“模拟机器人”情景教学模式联合PBL教学在妇产科手术教学中的研究观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究"模拟机器人"情景教学法在妇产科手术教学中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年至2019年上海市浦东新区11家医院80名妇产科住院医师进行教学观察,将每年40名住院医师随机分成两组,对照组20人,实验组20人。结果:两组住院医师妇产科宫腔操作及产科新生儿抢救复苏实践操作技能评分、教学满意度评分、教学有效率、手术、抢救实践过程中意外事件发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:机器人情景教学联合PBL教学法的教学有助于妇产科住院医师在实践操作技能的提高并降低了手术失误的发生。 Objective:To explore the application effect of high simulation robot situational teaching method combine PBL teaching in the teaching of gynecological and obstetric surgery.Methods:80 Obstetrics resident and gynecology residents from 11 hospitals in Pudong new area of Shanghai were selected for teaching observation between 2018 and 2019.40 physicians were randomly divided into two groups.In the control group,20 resident physicians were taught the traditional routine teaching.In the observation group,20 residents were taught by high simulation robot situational teaching method and PBL Teaching method.The difference of teaching effect between the two groups was compared.Results:There were significant differences between the two groups in practical operation skill score,teaching satisfaction score,teaching efficiency and the incidence of accidents in the process of operation practices(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the teaching process of operation practices,high simulation robot situational teaching method combine PBL teaching method has a higher teaching efficiency and promotes the improvement of gynecological and obstetric operation practical skills.
