摘要
文章旨在通过对学生信息进行科学有效的调查、整合、统计和分析后,使用矩阵排列的方法将不同医学专业、培养模式和年级的研究生进行分组,以此使得班级的管理更加直观简化,并且利用该模式使班级中在科研和临床工作方面、不同年级中可能产生互助的学生建立信息交换的渠道,从而提升班级内所有成员的创新能力。
The purpose of this paper is to apply a matrix arrangement method to arrange medical postgraduates from different medical specialties,training modes and grades into groups,after conducting scientific and effective investigation,integration,statistics and analysis of postgraduates’information.In this way,the management of the class is more intuitive and simplified,and the mode is used to establish information exchange channels among students who may have mutual assistance in scientific research,clinical work and different grades in the class,so as to improve the innovation ability of all members in the class.
