规范化培训网络信息平台对护士领导力及护理专业能力的影响 被引量:2

The impact of standardized training network information platform on nurses’leadership and professional competence

摘要 目的探讨规范化培训网络信息平台对护士领导力及护理专业能力的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2018年12月河南省某医院新入职的90名护士为研究对象。按照护士入职时间,将2017年1—10月入职的45名护士归为对照组,将2017年11月—2018年12月入职的45名护士归为研究组。对照组护士接受为期3个月的传统岗前培训;研究组护士接受为期3个月的规范化培训网络信息平台岗前培训。比较2组护士培训前后的护理专业能力及领导力。比较2组护士培训后的患者满意度及考评评分。结果培训后,2组护士技能操作、临床应变、发现问题能力、协调能力及理论知识评分均高于培训前,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护士的护理范围、护理态度、护理细节及护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护士的综合考评、护理差错考评、投诉考评及表扬考评评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后,2组护士的领导力评分均高于培训前,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化培训网络信息平台可提高医院护理人员的专业能力,且培训时间和空间灵活、可操作性强、培训方式多样,对于医院护理服务质量的提升具有积极意义,应用前景广阔。 Objective To explore the influence of the standardized training network information platform on nurses’leadership and professional competence.Methods Ninety nurses newly recruited in a hospital in Henan Province from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the difference between the nurses’entry time,45 nurses who entered from January to October 2017 were categorized as the control group,and 45 nurses who entered from November 2017 to December 2018 were categorized as the study group.Nurses in the control group received a 3-month traditional pre-service training;nurses in the study group received a 3-month pre-service training on the standardized training network information platform.The professional competence and leadership of the nurses in the 2 groups were compared before and after training.The patient satisfaction and assessment scores of nurses in the 2 groups were also compared after training.Results After training,the nursing skill operation,clinical response,problem identification ability,coordination ability and theoretical knowledge scores of the 2 groups were higher than those before training,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The nursing scope,nursing attitude,nursing details and nursing quality scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall assessment,nursing error assessment,complaint assessment and praise assessment scores of nurses in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the training,the leadership scores of nurses in both groups were higher than those before the training,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized training network information platform can provide various methods to improve the professional competence of hospital nursing staff,and the training time and space are flexible and operable,which is of positive significance to the improvement of hospital nursing service quality and has broad application prospects.
