中国建筑遗产价值评估的流程及展望——基于UNESCO与故宫博物院“中国建筑遗产价值评估培训”项目(2017—2019年)的回顾

The Process and Prospect of China’s Architectural Heritage Value Assessment——Based on the Review of the UNESCO and the Palace Museum Training Workshop on China’s Architectural Heritage Value Assessment(2017—2019)

联合国教科文组织及故宫博物院一直致力于中国建筑遗产保护的相关工作。每一处建筑遗产都是中国文化、传统和价值观的独特载体。遗产保护的核心是认知价值和传承价值,因此在文化遗产保护的实际工作中,亟待出台易读性高、可操作性强的价值评估方法体系。2017—2019年,双方联合举办"中国建筑遗产价值评估培训"项目。文章基于此次培训项目中多项实践案例的分析研究,尝试梳理出在实际工作中采取价值认知、价值评估、价值阐释、价值管理的4步流程,为中国建筑遗产价值评估助力。

UNESCO and the Palace Museum have been working on the conservation of China’s architectural heritage.Every architectural heritage is a unique carrier of Chinese culture,traditions and values.The core of heritage conservation is recognition and inheritance of values.Therefore,in the practical work of cultural heritage protection,there is a strong need to introduce a value assessment method system with high readability and operability.From 2017 to 2019,both organizations jointly held the"China’s Architectural Heritage Value Assessment Training"project.Based on the analysis and research of many practical cases from the training workshop,this paper tries to sort out the four-step process of value cognition,value assessment,value interpretation and value management in the practical work,contributing to the value assessment of China’s architectural heritage.
