摘要
涪陵页岩气田部分气井因出砂导致影响产量,目前缺少系统的方法用于评价除砂设备优劣性。为达到除砂设备定量化评价目的,提出模糊定量评价方法,全面考虑除砂设备对气量的影响因素、设备损坏情况以及经济因素。将该方法应用于气田20台使用中的除砂设备,根据结果更换效果差的除砂设备后效果明显变好,达到除砂设备定量化评价目的。认为后续除砂设备有效性评价可采用此类方法综合评定,使设备使用更经济科学。
A handful of gas wells in the Fuling shale gas field are affected by sand production.At present,there is no systematic method to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of a desander.In order to achieve the quantitative e-valuation of the desander,a fuzzy quantitative evaluation method is proposed,which comprehensively considers the influence of the desander on gas volume,damage of equipment and economic factors.The method was applied to 20 in-service desanders in the gas field.After replacing the poor desander as per the results,the effect became significant,so that the purpose of quantitative evaluation of the desander was achieved.It is suggested that this method can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of other subsequent desanders,so that the equipment can be used more economically and effectively.
