摘要 近年来连续油管遇卡事件频发,传统解卡方式成功率较低且易造成二次故障,寻找一种安全有效的解卡方式迫在眉睫。为解决此难题,借鉴测井仪器打捞方式摸索出一种连续油管卡钻新型解卡方式--穿心套铣解卡连续油管工艺。该工艺充分考虑载荷安全和井控安全的因素,以避免不合理的施工工艺和工具组合造成工程风险与井下工程复杂。工艺在焦石坝工区现场得已成功应用,为连续油管解卡提供了借鉴与参考。 In recent years,the stuck coiled tubing(CT)events occurred frequently,and the success rate of conventional releasing methods is low and prone to cause a secondary failure,so it is urgent to find a safe and effective way for releasing.In order to offer a solution to this problem,a new releasing method for coiled tubing drilling is worked out by referencing the logging tool fishing technology,namely cut and thread milling technology for releasing the stuck coiled tubing.The technology fully takes into account the factors of load safety and well control safety to avoid the engineering risk and downhole complexities caused by inappropriate operation technology and tool combinations・The technology has been successfully applied in the Jiaoshiba area,which provides a reference for the stuck coiled tubing releasing.
