摘要
为了解决企业一线员工心理健康问题,从分析当前一线员工心理健康水平和影响心理健康因素入手,提出以下改善一线员工心理健康水平对策:一是积极开展促进心理健康教育的活动;二是落实集团公司员工健康管理理念;三是建立企业员工长效心理援助机制;四是丰富文体活动增加运动设施。
With the front-line employees of Jianghan Oilfield as the investigation object,this paper analyzes the current condition and mentally-influenced factors of the psychological health of front-line employees,and puts forward relevant countermeasures to improve the condition of the psychological health of front-line employees in petroleum enterprises.Thus,we can help employees to get rid of psychological troubles,optimize interpersonal relationships,resolve family conflicts,improve the enterprise welfare system,enhance the enterprise cohesion,and foster a better corporate image.
