摘要
针对当前时期部分基层单位员工绩效考核制度设计不严肃、考核指标设定不科学、任务指标完成情况预警不够等现象,提出必须着眼长远制定绩效考核制度,必须量力而为设定绩效考核指标,必须抓好过程管理,使员工绩效考核科学合理,达到促进员工工作效率的目的。
Aimed at such behaviors as less rigorous design of performance assessment system,improper design of assessment indicators and insufficient early warning for completion progress of task targets in the employees of some companies,it is necessary to establish a long-term performance assessment system,set the performance assessment indicators according to their individual capabilities and pay special attention to the process management,so as to make the employee performance assessment scientific and proper and achieve the goal of promoting the efficacy of employees.
