Understanding of Oilfield Land Utilization at Oil Gathering Stations

基于对土地政策调整对油田勘探开发的影响的认识以及对油田井站场土地管理特点和管理现状的认识,提出从提高管理意识、深化地质工艺认识,加强待利用土地资产的分类管理,系统性加强油田井站场土地管理,节约集约用地,提高土地利用效率,优化土地资产结构,促进油田可持续开发。

Based on the influence of land policy adjustment on the oil field exploration and development as well as the characteristics of oilfield land management of oil gathering stations,the paper proposes such measures as raising the management awareness・deepening the geological technological insight,strengthening the classified management of the impending utilization of land assets,systemically enhancing the land management of oil gathering stations,mak-ing economical and intensive use of oilfield land,improving the efficiency of land use,and optimizing the structure of land assets,so as to promote sustainable development of oil fields.
