摘要 肝纤维化是多种致病因素长期或反复刺激引起的进行性组织修复过程,是多种肝脏疾病发展为终末期肝病的病理基础。炎症贯穿肝纤维化的始终,以NLRP3炎性小体为中心的NLRP3/Caspase-1/IL-1β信号通路已成为近年来的研究热点,活化的NLRP3炎性小体可刺激大量致炎因子生成与释放,诱导细胞焦亡,从而加速纤维化的发展。就NLRP3/Caspase-1/IL-1β信号通路在肝纤维化中的作用进行综述。 Liver fibrosis is a progressive tissue repair process caused by a variety of pathogenic factors for a long time or repeated stimulation. It is the pathological basis for a variety of liver diseases to develop into end-stage liver disease. Inflammation runs through liver fibrosis. NLRP3/Caspase-1/IL-1β signaling pathway centered on NLRP3 inflammatory corpuscles has become a research hotspot in recent years. Activated NLRP3 inflammatory bodies can stimulate the production and release of a large number of inflammatory factors, induce cell death and accelerate the development of fibrosis. This article reviewed the role of NLRP3/Caspase-1/IL-1β signaling pathway in liver fibrosis.
