干性年龄相关黄斑变性中医药研究进展

Research Progress on Dry Age-related Macular Degeneration

为进一步明确中医药治疗干性年龄相关黄斑变性(age-related macular degeneration, AMD)的研究进展,从病因病机、临床研究、实验室研究等方面对相关文献进行归纳和梳理。中医药以整体观念和辨证论治理念为指导,从臧象、气血津液、经络、五轮八廓等多角度对干性AMD进行诊证,取得了一定优势;部分中药复方和单体也开展了相关实验室研究。但在临床研究方面,以脾胃论治的研究较少;就某一中药复方研究而言,未能形成从临床到实验室的系统化研究;此外,五轮八廓学说的临床效果缺少研究数据的支持。

In order to further clarify the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of dry age-related macular degeneration, this paper summarized and combed the relevant literature from the aspects of etiology, pathogenesis, clinical research, laboratory research and so on. Guided by the whole concept and syndrome differentiation and treatment concept, traditional Chinese medicine has made some advantages in syndrome differentiation and treatment of dry age-related macular degeneration from Zang-organs manifestation, Qi, blood and body fluid, meridians, five wheels and eight profiles, and some traditional Chinese medicine compounds and monomers have also carried out related laboratory studies. However, in clinical research, the treatment of spleen and stomach is studied less. In the case of a traditional Chinese medicine compound research, it can not form a systematic study from clinical to laboratory study. In addition, the clinical effect of five wheels and eight profiles lacks the support of research data.
