职业紧张与抑郁相关的meta分析:基于付出-回报模型 被引量:7

Meta-analysis of relationship between occupational stress and depression based on effort-reward model

摘要 目的:探讨我国人群职业紧张与抑郁之间的关系。方法:系统检索中外数据库中有关我国人群职业紧张与抑郁关系的文献,采用meta分析方法合并分析职业紧张与抑郁的相关关系。分析工作类型、抑郁测量工具对二者关系的调节效应。采用漏斗图和Egger检验分析出版偏误。结果:本研究最终纳入22篇文献。合并的职业紧张付出、回报、内在投入与抑郁的相关系数分别为0.301(95%CI:0.269~0.333)、-0.336(95%CI:-0.399~-0.271)、0.265(95%CI:0.223~0.306)。抑郁测量工具对职业紧张付出与抑郁关系的调节效应具有统计学意义(Q=21.34,P<0.001)。工作类型对职业紧张付出、回报、内在投入与抑郁关系的调节效应均有统计学意义(Q=87.64,15.92,17.32;P<0.01)。Egger检验发现不存在出版偏误(P>0.05)。结论:职业紧张是抑郁的重要影响因素。职业紧张与抑郁之间的关系受到工作类型和抑郁测评工具的调节。 Objective:To explore the relationship between occupational stress and depression in Chinese crowd.Methods:Literature on the relationship between occupational stress and depression in Chinese crowd was systematically searched from Chinese and foreign database, and the correlation between occupational stress and depression was combined analysis with Meta-analysis method.The moderating effects of job type and depression assessment tools on the relationship between occupational stress and depression were analyzed.Funnel plot and Egger test were used to analyze the publication bias.Results:Finally, 22 literatures were included in this study.The correlation coefficients of combined effort, reward, over commitment and depression were 0.301(95%CI:0.269~0.333),-0.336(95%CI:-0.399~-0.271)and 0.265(95%CI:0.223~0.306).The moderating effect of depression assessment tools on the relationship between occupational stress and depression was statistically significant(Q=21.344,P<0.001).The moderating effect of job type on the relationship between effort, reward, over commitment and depression was statistically significant(Q=87.64,15.92,17.32,P<0.01).Egger test found that there was no publication bias(P>0.05).Conclusion:Occupational stress is an important factor affecting depression.The relationship between occupational stress and depression is moderated by job nature and depression assessment tools.
