抑郁情绪大学生的负性认知加工偏差

Psychological mechanism of negative cognitive processing bias in depressed college students

目的:考察抑郁情绪大学生负性认知加工偏差的特点及原因。方法:以大学生为被试,选取抑郁情绪组20人[流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)得分大于20分]和正常情绪组20人(CES-D得分小于10分),采用引入情绪信息的返回抑制范式,两组被试完成对情绪面孔类型的判断任务,比较两组被试在不同情绪条件下的反应时和正确率。结果:反应时上,抑郁情绪组的加工时间更长[F(1,38)=4.33,P<0.05],线索条件下有效线索的反应时显著长于无效线索[F(1,38)=31.50,P<0.05]。正确率上,有效线索条件下的正确率低于无效线索[F(1,38)=22.39,P<0.05],恐惧面孔条件下的正确率低于平静面孔[F(1,38)=8.86,P<0.05]。在有效线索条件下,两组被试在中性面孔条件下表现更好[F(1,39)=15.90,P<0.001]。结论:抑郁群体的认知加工能力可能存在损伤,抑郁群体和正常群体的抑制控制能力相当。

Objective:To Investigate the characteristics and causes of negative cognitive processing deviation of depressed college students.Methods:The samples were from college students.The depression group consisted of 20 participants with CES-D>20,and the control group consisted of 20 participants with CES-D<10.Our experiment used the inhibition of return paradigm that introduced emotional faces.The two groups of participants needed to complete the task of judging the types of emotional faces, and we compared two groups in different emotional cost of reaction time and accuracy.Results:In general, depression group reacted more slowly than normal group(F;=4.33,P<0.05).The reaction time of valid cue was significantly longer than invalid cue condition(F;=31.50,P<0.05).Both groups had better performance under invalid cue conditions(F;=22.39,P<0.05),as well as fear face condition(F;=8.86,P<0.05).In the neutral emotional display, both groups performed better in the invalid condition(F;=15.9,P<0.001).Conclusion:Cognitive processing ability of the depressed group may be impaired.The depression group and the normal group have the same inhibitory and control ability.
