模具零件电火花加工中电极定位方式的探析

摘要 冲压模具模板上型孔的相对位置精度,直接影响冲压件的零件质量,采用电火花加工时,型孔的相对位置精度是由加工时电极与工件的相对位置精度决定的,因此电极的定位精度是保证冲压件的质量的重要条件。本文以冲压模具的凹模板型孔的电火花加工为例,阐述了电火花加工中电极定位常见的三种方法;描述三种定位方法各自的定位操作过程;提炼了三种定位方法共同的核心技术条件;分析了三种定位方法各自的优势与缺陷,以期为零件的电火花加工的生产实践、电极的定位方法选择及定位操作技巧提供有用的技术支撑。 Relative position accuracy on stamping die template directly affects the part quality of stamping parts. When EDM is used, the relative position accuracy of the hole is determined by the relative position accuracy of electrode and workpiece during machining. Therefore, the positioning accuracy of electrode is an important condition to ensure the quality of stamping parts. The paper takes the EDM of concave template hole of stamping die as an example and analyzes three common methods of electrode positioning in EDM are described. It describes the operation process of the three positioning methods. It refines the common core technical conditions of the three positioning methods. It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of three positioning methods. It provides production practice of EDM for parts and the electrode positioning selection and positioning operation skills provides useful technical support.
