港口、航运服务业与城市经济耦合协调发展评价

Evaluation on the coupling coordination development among port,shipping service industry and urban economy

港产城协调发展对于提升港口竞争力和城市经济发展水平具有重要意义.基于耦合协调发展机理,构建了港口、航运服务业与城市经济复合系统耦合发展评价指标体系,采用熵值法赋予指标权重,运用综合评价模型与耦合协调评价模型研究了港口、航运服务业与城市经济三者之间的耦合协调发展水平.以宁波市为例进行了数据分析,结果表明, 2011—2019年宁波市这三方面的综合发展水平均呈现上升趋势,系统间两两耦合度与三者综合耦合度均保持高水平,三者综合耦合协调等级逐年提升,趋于更加优质协调发展状态.

The coordinated development of ports-industries-cities is of great significance for enhancing the competitiveness of ports and the level of urban economic development for port cities. In order to evaluate the level of coupling and coordinated development among port, shipping service industry and urban economy, a composite criteria system is established based on coupling and coordinated development mechanism, and the entropy method is used to assign the weight of each criterion. The comprehensive evaluation model is introduced to study the development level of each subsystem. Finally, Ningbo is taken as a study case, with the results showing that comprehensive evaluation functional values of port, shipping service industry and urban economy in Ningbo generally present a growing trend during 2011 to 2019. Besides, the comprehensive coupling degree as well as the coupling degree of the two systems have been at a high-level coupling state, and the coupling coordination level of the composite system increases gradually and approaches a better developing state.
