浅谈电子设备的可靠性评估

摘要 现代产品质量,可靠性占有突出的重要地位,所以在产品的全生命周期都需要开展可靠性管理工作。目前可靠性的管理工作贯穿于产品研制、试验、生产、使用和维修的全过程,尤其是在使用过程中应定期对产品进行可靠性评估,可实现对可靠性低下的产品进行及时改进,使其达到设计所要求的指标。 The quality and reliability of modern products occupy a prominent and important position,so reliability management needs to be carried out in the whole life cycle of the product.At present,the management of reliability runs through the whole process of product development,testing,production,application and maintenance,especially during the application process,the reliability of products should be evaluated regularly,so that products with low reliability can be improved in time to meets the design requirements.
